The DL-CNC702X series vertical double-roller strong wheel hub spinning machine is mainly used for the spinning forming of aluminum alloy wheel hubs. It adopts a vertical high-strength casting combination structure, hydraulic transmission for the tailstock, and servo motor timing belt transmission for the main spindle unit. The axial and radial drives of the spinning roller adopt servo motor transmission. Program control can realize manual adjustment, semi-automatic, and fully automatic operation modes. The servo spindle can be steplessly adjusted, and the speed can be programmed. The radial feed of the spinning roller is CNC programmable and has a fault reporting function. The main spindle is equipped with a discharge device to meet the spinning rim forming of aluminum alloy forgings (cold/hot). Applicable wheel hub diameter is 14~26 inches. This series of products can be customized according to customer needs.
