  I. Equipment Definition and Core Functions
  The hydrogen cylinder closing machine is a special spin-forming equipment used for the mouth forming of high-pressure cylinders (such as vehicle-mounted hydrogen storage cylinders and LNG cylinders). It achieves cylinder mouth closing, uniform wall thickness, and improved sealing by applying high-pressure plastic deformation to the end of the cylinder using a spinning wheel.
  End Closure: Compresses the open end of the cylinder into a specific shape (such as conical or arc-shaped) to meet sealing requirements;
  Wall Thickness Control: Ensures uniform wall thickness in the mouth area through a synchronous internal and external rolling process (such as an 18mm aluminum hydrogen cylinder);
  Material Strengthening: Improves the density and mechanical properties of the mouth material using spin-forming plastic deformation.
  II. Core Technical Characteristics
  Structural Design
  Adopts a symmetrical layout of double or triple spinning wheels to balance radial forces and improve processing accuracy (such as a three-wheel horizontal strong spinning machine);
  Integrates automatic loading and unloading, ignition heating, and temperature measurement modules to achieve full automation (Siemens 828D control system).
  Control Technology
  Supports G-code programming and servo motor interpolation motion to achieve high-precision synchronous control of complex curved trajectory;
  Some equipment is equipped with a programming-free return function to lower the operating threshold.
  Processing Capacity
  Size Range: Maximum processing diameter up to 640mm (aluminum inner liner), wall thickness ≤20mm;
  Efficiency Index: A single machine can complete the closing and forming of a 355mm diameter cylinder, with a trial success rate exceeding 95%.
  III. Typical Application Scenarios
  High-Pressure Hydrogen Storage Cylinders
  Closing of vehicle-mounted Type III/Type IV hydrogen cylinder aluminum inner liners, meeting the requirements of 70MPa pressure level;
  End thickening and forming of aerospace titanium alloy cylinders to improve fatigue resistance.
  LNG Cryogenic Storage Cylinders
